Football has been an Olympic sport since 1900. Rugby has been around as long as football has. Many countries already have rugby established in their countries. Putting rugby in the Olympics will increase the numbers of people who would play the sport, more countries participate and therefore, the standard of rugby will increase in general.

Rugby is an international sport that used to be in the olympics and should be again to represent all the efforts of the nations to develop their rugby teams.

Rugby is in Olympic before. Also 7's only need to take 2 days. So many countries do have a rugby team. It is fair for countries, and it helps to develop rugby.

because it gives a chance for the lesser nations (argentina, fiji, kenya etc) a chance to win medals. Also the fact that many countries play the game, unlike say baseball which has been an olympic sport previously
