We want Rugby at the Olympic Games:

It is a sport that can be played by everyone no matter what age, sex, size or shape, it can be mixed and matched and at a local level is still a true amateur sport

why should it NOT !!!!

because rugby is a very popular sport in the world

Because it is an amazing spectacle to watch for both rugby enthusiasts but also people with little or no experience of rugby. It is also played to a high standard by many different countries.

It is increasingly becoming a global sport which provides a high entertainment value as well as good ethics and sportsmanship.

Rugby 7´s made an appearance at the last Commonwealth Games and was a resounding success. Its fast and exciting and easy for non-rugby playing folk to understand. Making the game an Olympic Sport would bring it to an even wider audience.
