Former Welsh winger Nigel Walker who is one of the fastest players to ever play the game was an Olympic hurdler who competed at the highest level before turning to rugby.
Walker shares his thoughts on the possibility of Sevens Rugby becoming part of the Olympic Games and also looks back on his career.
When he failed to make the athletics grade in 1992, he hung up his running spikes and pulled on a pair of studded boots.
In this excellent video Walker takes us back to where it all began for him and he talks about the differences he experienced in both sporting careers such as the individual athlete vs team player aspect.
